my mum was told on Thursday that she has 3 - 12 months to live because she has stage 4 lung cancer.

I do not want any.. I am so sorry please. I just am very numb and do not know how this will hit me or if it will hit me at all.

Has anyone gone through a loved one dying and can they do anything for stage 4 cancer to make the person live longer?
