How About You?
In this game of life I play by my own rules.
I try to be nice to everyone and be nobodies fool.
I do not punch a time clock and don’t live nine to five.
I live my life on the edge, it makes me feel alive.
I don’t know where I am going but I do know where I came.
From the moment of my birth, I’ve always enjoyed the game.
I don’t trample anyone’s feelings; I don’t push anyone around.
I try to lend a helping hand to those who’ve hit the ground.
The things you consider important, don’t mean a thing to me.
The things that I hold dear, you can not touch or see.
If our paths should cross and you become a friend.
You can call on me for anything; I’ll be there till the end.
My rules are very simple and they number very few.
When my life is over, I’ll have no regrets, how about you?
