As most of my frends know me mom and dad are trying to sell this house the new one is not ready do to a dely that why i didnt move yet for the last 90 days ben tuly hell we had a guy that tuly didnt care if this house sold or not and near the end he didnt want to take it down But now I am thinking is this new broker do thay give a shit because we seen probems with posting example : yahoo Real Estate listing the house will NOT be posted and other sites too not listed
so i am like ok what you posting on mexcon site only ! i was like ok but the back of my mind i am thinking we going to sit on this house all wenter i let you know in 30 days how menny cam to look at the house if it low number then we have to see what 60 days bring if it low or didnt sell then we have to find some one eles
