Ok, I'm a huge horror fan, but it seems to me that the only movies that come out these days are crappy remakes that don't give credit to the originals, lame sequels, or american adaptations of Asian movies that end up sucking. What happened to the golden days where movies were actually terrifying?
Movies like The Exorcist and the original Night of the Living Dead scared the shit out of me when i was a kid, especially the exorcist.
One of the best horror flicks i've seen in recent years is The Exorcism of Emily Rose. That movie actually creeped me out. I've been absolutely desensitized to most horror for a long time, but that movie got to me.
I don't know what you guys think, but i believe that hollywood needs to get off their asses and make a good movie instead of remakes and sequels.
