2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. curry powder
4-6 chicken breasts
butter
handful of golden raisins
handful of almonds
Cook down until syrupy the: orange juice, honey, Dijon mustard, curry. Brown the chicken breasts in butter. Pour sauce over meat and simmer until done (about 45 minutes with bone-in, less time for boneless). Add raisins and almonds to sauce before pouring over chicken.
Makes 4-6 servings.
