Why do I even bother with these awesome video game references in titles?
My arms hurt.
Like crazy. I don't have my quadraceps back but man my forearms shoulders and ribs are goin nuts.
I did some no-no exercises for the first time in several years.
Like... pushups.
*sigh* yeah, my surgeon told me not to do em without getting some conditioning.
What would I rather be doing? That's an even bigger no-no? Pullups. See if my arm will fall out.
If I could find a good spot for it I would.
But in the meantime I just swing my weights like swords.
You've seen those exercise vids where people do cardio with the lil 2 lb weights?
I'm shadow boxing with 14's.
Hurts like crazy after a while.
Or using 28 for sword swings.
A few minutes of that and I drop.
I feel like I could crack a few ribs though.
I dunno what I'm training for.
Boredom mostly. Health partly.
I dunno, it feels like I'm waiting for a rematch... like my body knows I need to be doing this for something I haven't been informed of yet.
We're on a 30 minute session every other day.
We're goin up to 45 and I might even write up a rotation to change muscle groups like I did in fencing/karate.
In other news. I'm still sideways fucking my sleep schedule. I've got 500$ left in my bank account, and no propositiosn lined up.
Bro's wedding is in 10 days.
And I came up with a backwards engineered day old bread italian stew.
