The neighbor likes to have his little parties and leave not only garbage out afterwards for the raccoons and skunks to paw through but broken beer bottles on the sidewalk I need to use.
Should I:
Option A: Strap him in a chair, keep him awake, and make him watch the Purple Dinosaur and Friends sing their stupid song 24 / 7 for a week
Option B: Shove a rabid weasel in his pants
Option C: Nicely ask him to clean up his mess with Animal Control waiting to dart him
Option D: Send him a nice big colony of fire ants with extra queens when I move |
