A guy, on his wya home from work, suddenly realizes today is his wedding anniversary. In a panic, he stops at an antique store. It's his 20th anniversary, and if he comes home empty handed, his wife is sure to hate him for the rest of the year. As he's looking around, he notices a porcelain cat. He picks it up, find the pricetag on the bottom. Though his wife loves cats, he decides the $350 isn't worth it. He continues to browse, but gives in and decides $350 is a respectable price to pay to get himself out of trouble. He picks up the cat, takes it to the clerk. At the counter, the clerk tells him for another $200 she'll tell the man the sotry about the cat. The man passes, explaining that $350 was rediculous enough. The man continues to his car, placing the cat in the trunk.
On his way home, the man notices thousands of cats coming from every nook and cranny along the way following him. Soon, he is surrounded by tens of thousands of cats. The man stops on a bridge and throws the porcelain cat off the bridge into the water. Every last cat that was following him dives off the bridge after it. Shocked, the man hurries back to the antique store.
The clerk sees him and says, "I see you're back for the story behind the porcelain cat?"
The man quickly replies, "Hell no, I just wonder do you have any porcelain fags around here?" |
