So this is a blog about my cat.  Yes, I'm a grown man, yes, I have a cat, yes, I'm writing a blog about my cat.  Go blow a goat, I'm so much a man your Daddy would want to shake my hand. 

My cat is a bit spoiled, I often by her toys from the pet shop.  Part of it is because I spoil her, and part of it is because I get tired of digging under couches, dressers, and etc to fetch the toys she lost. 

My cat has a tough time understanding why in the middle of the night, I would choose to just lie there in bed when it's a great time to play.  Now when she was a kitten, she would be a little more inquisitive about this fact.  It started out with jumping up on the bed and dropping a toy on me to get me to play.  As she matured, this changed into just sitting on the edge of the bed with a toy, in case I were to wake up and wanted to play.  Now that's she's older she leaves what I call "Play notes."  Basically what this is, she'll bring toys in in the middle of the night and leave them by my shoes, pants, or whatever I took off and left on the ground by the bed.  Sometimes I'll get up in the morning and there will be as many as three toys piled about for me to throw so she can fetch them.   It's gotten to the point where I have to check my shoes, because there was one day that I made it all the way into work with a cat toy in my shoe.

My cat is a serious hunter of her toys.  She actually will put them in harder and harder places and try to get them.  This results in her reaching under the couch or fridge or whatever in a pose I like to call "Kitty Mechanic."  Because to me, she looks like a car mechanic trying to work on a car or something.  I'll even say out loud "Well, there's your problem right there, you got a cat stuck under here"
