At the pressure and insistence of others, I have begun baking from home again as means of boosting my income. I think I must be crazy.... I have no dishwasher, but friends will not be dissuaded. I will have to keep it at a bare minimum, but it will be a big help to finances..... especially if I can do wedding cake....
In a month or so I may have to retreat, because the heat here is unbearable in the summer, I don't know if I will be able to have my oven on so much.
I have alot of cleaning projects going on at the moment also, and only about a month to accomplish these things, just deep cleaning stuff, like washing ceiling fans and such, organizing the garage, cleaning carpets, and washing my lawn furniture. It's almost that time. Obviously I'll be staying busy, in anticipation of a houseguest that will be arriving in about a month, I would like all that stuff to be done so I can relax and enjoy spending time.
Simone keeps looking at me as though I have lost my mind, while I'm standing up on a ladder taking the ceiling fans apart, lol, she doesn't give a damn if they are dusty or not...... now if i could just get her to hand me things....... lol.
Wish me luck to get my straightening done in time, and keeping the baking under control. I tend to get money hungry and over extend myself.... next thing you know, I'll have cake pans cooling on every flat surface, lol.... I expect y'all to save me from myself!
