Hello as you probably noue , my name is Mark C Bergeron , I Need your Help and he is not ashamed to as for it !! as you probably noue i am on a fixed income of 1225.00 a month from social security disability benefit my rent ( don’t live with my parents Lauren and Patricia Bergeron any more ) is 450.00 a month
+ Utilities My Problem is as follows: on Friday the 8th of December 2006 i received a letter from the sanfransisco federal appeals court dated December 1st
The letter reads as follows: Before Leavy and Clifton, Circuit judges, Appellant's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (representing my self in there court against king Mohamed the fifth of morocco) on the appeal is denied, Within 21 days after the filing date of this order Appellant shall pay 455.00
to the Sacramento federal district court as the docketing and filing fees for this appeal and file proof of payment with this court. Failure to pay the fees will result in the automatic dismissal of the appeal by the clerk for failure to prosecute, regardless of further fillings, See 9th Cir. R. 42-1.
No motions for reconsideration, clarification Modification of the denial of appellant' in forma pauperis Status shall be entertained. If Appellant pays the fees as required and files proof of such payment in this court appellant shall simultaneously show cause why the judgment challenged in this appeal should not be summary affirmed. See 9th Ci r, R , 3-6 if appellant pays the fees ( to the Sacramento federal district court)
But fails to file a response to this order the clerk (of sanfransisco federal appeals court) shall dismiss this appeal for failure to prosecute See 9th Cir. R. 42-1.
Briefing is suspended pending further order of this court.
Basically what this means is since this order was filed on the first of December 2006 and I reseved it on the7th of December I have less than 11 days to pay the fees to the sac fed court and mail the proof of payment and the order to show cause in response to the above court order to the Sanfransisco fed appeals court, my case against king Mohamed the fifth and the kingdom of morocco
Goes a way forever and I am literally screud for the rest of my life and my ability to provide fore my immediate family my extended family and friends financially is lost forever. Please note I owe my motherland father approximately 85,000.00 in medial bills and restitution to my father for the loan I defaulted on because of my ability to continue payments on my former automobile Loan after my tragic accident in the kingdom of morocco on June 13 2002
FyI it is the Christmas season and since I cannot afford to go to chariot Michigan this year to spend Christmas with my children like I did last year I sent all three of them Wall mart gift cards at a cost to me this month the day before I reseved this court order at my parents home in the mail the amount of three hundred dollars, one hundred dollars for each of my children
Honestly I am broke I paid rent of 450.00 and 100.dolares for back rent (for wile I was in morocco last august) and a payday loan advance of 250.00 from last month for living expenses cell phone bill food and gas fore last month I have a half a pack of cigarettes ( Menthol ,, Yuck) left as I right this email
