| I am a professional tattoo artist. I am firmly against tattooing minors. In Virginia where I work it is illegal to tattoo a minor unless they have a parent's signature. Regardless of this fact my policy is not to do it in any case. Now here's the dilemma, I have a close long time friend who has a 17 yr old daughter, of course like most 17 yr olds she wants a tattoo. I don't want to do it, even if her mother signs for it. But mom is really insisting that I do this tattoo. Whatcha think? |
