Ok. I had to shoot a guy. He was attacking me with a fireplace poker, drunk, and had already drawn serious blood. I retreated to my room, retrieved a pellet revolver and the Dumfuk attacked me again. Bad move, on his part. It cost him nine days in ICU and he will always have a piece of lead in his lung.
... Well, he started again and I retreated to fb and affirmed my right of self-defense, to CMA, in case I had to shoot him again.
I got seven days in fb jail, for making hate speech, and 'inciting violence' I appealed and got thirty days and now am locked out completely.
The deputies have warned him not to fuck with me. He's gonna kill you and you might get a medal. Am I wrong for defending myself, or should I let a drunk beat my brains in with a poker? |
