I have learned a few things about Happiness. Most people think they need someone else to make them happy. This is not always true. Yea its nice to have someone in your life that makes you happy everyday. But true happiness comes from within. If you can't make your self happy how can you make someone else happy. I'm not saying this is an easy task, just that how can you offer someone something you deny for yourself. This is true for many things in life. Just hard for some to see or even do. Now I'm far from being perfect but i try to hold myself to the same standards i hold others to. Honesty is number one. I would rather someone hate me for the true then love me for a lie. With this said I just want to say I'm a truly happy person. I'm grateful for what i have and always strive for the best in all things. Just to be able to make it through another day is a simple joy most dont stop to think about. Love those who love you. Laugh often. Say your sorry when you know you were wrong. Live life with out regret for you can't change whats been done. Just remember there are three things in life you can't control what others do, what others think, and how others act. So try to let go of the stuff you can't control and make you life just that much easier. Life is too short to stress over stuff you can't change. Takes more energy to stress and get upset then it does to let it go and move on. So i hope this make sense bcuz it made alot of sense to me and i try to put this to work everyday.
