Ham and Muenster Cheese Sandwiches with Watercress and Honey Mustard
Each flavor complements the others in these simple but clever sandwiches, which use buttery, flaky croissants in place of bread. Pick up the ingredients at a good market, and then assembly is a snap!

Ingredients:
* 16 thin slices smoked Virginia ham
* 4 slices Muenster cheese
* Watercress
* Honey mustard
* 4 croissants, sliced through center
Directions:
Spread honey mustard on both sides of a sliced croissant and layer ham, cheese and sprigs of watercress on the bottom slice. Cover the sandwich ingredients with the top portion of the croissant and slice through the middle.
Note: If packing these sandwiches for a lunch or picnic, wrap them individually in plastic wrap or waxed paper and store in the refrigerator until ready to pack the picnic.
