I was parked in my daughter's elementary school parking lot last week, due to being late for work I got the guys info but did not call the cops. Well turns out he's not covered on the policy as it wasn't his car and now he won't return my calls. He did confirm my story to the insurance company so when I sue him it'll be no problem.
Now the mumm which should I be more pissed about? The fact that he didn't see me while backing up in an elementary school parking lot meaning he didn't freakin look and could of hit a kid or because he's not covered by the insurance on the car!!!! |
