My mother died last Wednesday very suddenly and unexpectedly. My question to you all is for those who have lost a mother or someone close do you recommend grief counseling to start right away or can it wait? I ask because my father and little brother want to go together but I don't move back until December. I'm worried they should start without me and start now, and I can find someone to see in Cali until I move back to Nevada and can go with them. Will it cause damage for them to wait?? Or would it be best to go as a family? So lost and confused, my mom was the rock of the family...we don't know what to do without her.
