SEATTLE -- Felix Hernandez dominated the Texas Rangers again on Saturday night. Roddy White Youth Jersey . Hernandez allowed three singles and struck out 12 in Seattles 7-0 win Saturday. "Those guys are dangerous," Hernandez said. "Just tried to throw on the corners." Hernandez leads the majors in strikeouts with 140. In two starts against the Rangers this season, hes allowed one run in 17 innings, struck out 19 and given up nine hits. Rangers starter Yu Darvish (10-6) struggled against the Mariners. Darvishs lack of control and a couple of grounders put the Mariners up 4-0 in the first inning. Darvish came into Saturday averaging 9.3 walks per nine innings in his two outings this year against the Mariners. Darvish walked Dustin Ackley to start Saturdays game, then hit Casper Wells with a 3-2 pitch after Ichiro Suzuki singled. A four-pitch walk to John Jaso followed, scoring Ackley. Michael Saunders hard grounder went off Michael Youngs glove at first for an error. After Justin Smoak popped up, Kyle Seager singled in two more runs. Darvish ended the 33-pitch inning by striking out Carlos Peguero and Brendan Ryan. "You put those guys on the bags, and someone will find a way to get a base hit," Texas manager Ron Washington said. "The guys that were on the bags, other than Ichiro, were on for free. Those are the types of things Yu has to continue to work on." Darvish allowed eight hits, seven earned runs, four walks and four strikeouts in 6 1-3 innings. Hernandez took advantage of the early run support and cooled off the powerful Rangers offence. Josh Hamilton and Nelson Cruz each struck out three times. "He only needed one run," Ackley said. "It was nice to put those runs up and give him a little cushion. When hes relaxed out there, its almost impossible." Cruzs seventh-inning strikeout was the 10th of the game for Hernandez (7-5), the fourth time he has reached at least that mark this season and 20th time in his career. "As good as Ive seen him," Mariners manager Eric Wedge said. "Ive said that a few times lately. Just shows you how special he was tonight. I thought maybe the best fastball weve seen him have this year." Ackleys first solid contact of the game caromed off Darvishs left shin in the second, and the pitcher threw him out. "Ive got to take a look at it tomorrow and see where I am," Darvish said of his leg. "I really dont think its going to affect me." Ackley hit a line drive off the centre field wall in the fourth inning to drive in Seager and give the Mariners a 5-0 lead. Jasos solo homer to left-centre field in the fifth, his fourth this season, pushed Seattle in front 6-0. Saunders seventh-inning double to right field drove in Wells, who had singled. Darvish then walked Smoak, which ended his night. The seven runs allowed were a career high for Darvish, and he has a 9.00 ERA in three starts against Seattle this year. Five of Darvishs six losses are on the road. Notes: The Rangers recalled catcher Luis Martinez and option RHP Yoshinori Tateyama to Triple-A Round Rock on Saturday. Martinez provides insurance at catcher, since the Rangers are trying to rest Mike Napoli (thigh bruise) until Tuesdays series in Oakland. ... Hamilton is hitting .167 in his career against Hernandez. ... Seattle scored five-plus runs for just the 30th time this season. Roddy White Womens Jersey . The 23-year-old Thai dominated the early rounds and survived a late surge by the challenger to win in his third defence of the title. Matt Bryant Jersey . For another day, at least. The Phillies say they will send Roy Halladay to see a doctor on Tuesday, two days after he came out of a start due to a sore right shoulder. http://www.atlantafalconsfansprostore.com/tony-gonzalez-jerseys . Confined to practices and film sessions for the past week -- and growing increasingly antsy in the meantime -- the Spurs expressed relief Sunday after watching the Los Angeles Clippers knock out Memphis in the NBAs last first-round playoff series to finish up and finally lock down their matchup for the Western Conference semifinals. Matt Bryant Womens Jersey . LOUIS -- The St. John Abraham Womens Jersey . Al Harrington, another former Knicks forward, scored 22 of his 24 points after halftime for the Nuggets, allowing them to withstand Anthonys attempt to rally the Knicks after his poor shooting had them behind until the final minutes of regulation. Anthony finished with 25 points and 10 rebounds, missing 20 of 30 shots in the Knicks sixth straight loss.MONTREAL -- Brian Chings heart will probably always be in Houston, but the star striker vows to bring his best game to the expansion Montreal Impact. Ching threatened to retire after the Impact made him the first pick in the Major League Soccer expansion draft on Nov. 23, but when the Houston Dynamo made no move to get him back, the 33-year-old elected to report to Montreal. The U.S. international striker was one of 22 players on the indoor pitch at Marie-Victorin College on Monday for the first day of the Impacts inaugural MLS training camp. "Ill be completely honest with you guys: I would have loved to finish my career in Houston, especially because theyre opening up a brand new stadium there," said Ching, his voice cracking a little with emotion. "It was something I was planning on, but Im a professional and you dont always get what you want. "Over the past two months Ive come to cope with that and deal with it and come to this city and play for my teammates and the fans. For me its about being a professional and winning games. It doesnt matter where Im at. Im a competitive guy and Im going to give everything I can." Ching hopes to be traded back to Houston at some point, perhaps at the end of this season, so he can retire in Dynamo colours. He may even move into Dynamos front office in the future. But for now, hes decided to move north. "I made an emotional decision (to retire) at an emotional time," he said. "Things sprang up on me and I didnt really have time to reflect. "Ive done that and Im here today to help the Impact win games." Dynamo coach Dominic Kinnear took a chance when he left Ching unprotected for the draft, perhaps gambling the Impact would be put off by his age and by a contract that calls for a guaranteed US$450,000 for 2012. When the Impact claimed him, there was speculation they would trade him back to Houston. So far, no deal has been done, even though Dynamo has an attractive property in starting fullback Andre Hainault. The 25-year-old Montreal native and Canadian international played three games in the USL with the Impact in 2004 before signing with Czech second division club Most. He joined Houston in 2009. "They took a chance," Ching said of Dynamo. "I think a lot of coaches in that situation probably would have done the same. "Am I disappointed in how it went down? Yeah, of course. I wanted to open up the stadium in Houston. But I understand thats not possible now and Im here and Im going to make the best of the situation." The Hawaii native was a member of the defunct San Jose Earthquakes when that franchise moved to Houston in 2006. He scored 51 goals in 125 games for Dynamo. He has also played 45 times for the U.S. national team, which may have been another reason he balked at moving to Montreal. Impact head coach Jesse Marsch was hired in August after serving as an assistant coach with the U.S. squad. He was part of the management team that made Ching one of its last cuts before thee 2010 World Cup in South Africa. Tony Gonzalez Womens Jersey. Marsch was also the one who grabbed him in the MLS draft. He sees no problem working with Ching in Montreal. "Hes a great professional and hes a competitor," said Marsch. "Ive seen it from him from playing against him, watching him from afar and working with him on the national team. "Every day, hell bring it. I know he still wants to be a winner and help this team be a winner." Ching and former Inter Milan defender Nelson Rivas, the first player to sign with Montreal in MLS, were kept out of a scrimmage at the end of training to stretch on their own. The teams two highest-paid player are locks to make the squad. "With all our veteran, experienced guys, we have to be smart about how we take them through this process to make sure were building slowly," added Marsch. "We can build on their fitness knowing that the soccer parts are there. Now were not putting them in danger of pushing them too hard." The Impact were the class of what is now called the North American second division for nearly two decades, winning three championships and regularly leading their league in attendance They were granted a franchise to become the third Canadian entry in the 19-team MLS in 2012, one year after their long-time rival Vancouver Whitecaps and five years after Toronto FC. They open the season March 10 at B.C. Place and play their home opener March 17 against the Chicago Fire at Olympic Stadium. The Impact will play their first five home games at the Big O until the expansion of the outdoor Saputo Stadium to 20,000 seats is completed in June. About 100 cheering fans and a large media contingent turned out for the first day of camp. Five players who missed medicals Sunday took them Monday and were not on the field. They were striker Justin Braun, goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts, defender Hassoun Camara and midfielders Bryan Arguez and Sanna Nyassi. First overall SuperDraft pick Andrew Wenger and defenders Zarek Valentin and Bobby Burling were still at the U.S. under-23 team camp in Carson, California. Six players from last years Impact squad are on the camp roster, including Camara, goalkeepers Evan Bush and Greg Sutton, midfielders Sinisa Uniparipovic and Ian Westlake and forward Miguel Montano. Five others are in camp as invitees. They are defenders Nevio Pizzolitto and Simon Gatti and forwards Eduardo Sebrango, Reda Agourram and Mircea Ilcu. There is also one player from their academy, goalkeeper Maxime Crepeau. "Its not an easy situation," said the veteran Pizzolitto, a top player in second division who admits to feeling like a rookie in the MLS camp. "Ive got to prove Im good enough to play at this level. "Even after training youre wondering if you did well enough, but you have to stay positive." The Impact have two days of training in Montreal before continuing camp in Mexico. After a stop back in Montreal in February, they will be off to Florida for a pre-season tournament. ' ' '
