I told you what all i was needing

But you pretty much ignored the pleading

You left for days without a call

When i told you it was one of the things bothering me most of all

Excuses lately were all ive been hearing

Constant sadness  is where you have kept me steering

You brushed away my hearts desire

Causing my heart to sink in sadness and mire

I dont like wondering if ive ever truly mattered

Im left to pick up the pieces of my heart thats shattered

I just cant deal anymore i gave it a try

I cant continue sitting back believing each excuse and each lie

It's over and im done

Being friends was much more fun

You can wish for happiness with the next shooting star

I'll never fit into your dream world not by far

Let's just go seperate ways we gave it a shot

I need to find happiness its something ive almost forgot

You dont need to placate me

I'm taking back my life and setting you free
