My Jeep has a Chrysler A-727 transmission -- due to age and former government use no major worries on schtuff like catalytic converters or emissions testing.

What kind of engine should I get:

Option A: 440 Interceptor

Option B: 318

Option C: AMC L6 258 ci

Option D: 289

Option E: Other / Name It

I have a friend who can get me the engine, looking for suggestions
