I'm in a dilemma. I have a DR's note that will excuse me from work (I hate my job mind you). I spent over 7hrs in the hospital yesterday in observation due to having chest pains and I have a heart murmur. I had the ekg monitoring my heart, do to my heart skipping a beat every once in awhile. Dx wound up being costochondritis, inflammation of the cartilage surrounding the heart and sternum. Dr said it wasn't that serious (probably stress indused) and I could return to work in 1-2 days (per the dr's note) but I am feeling a little bit better atm... should I
A) go to work
B) stay home and look for another job today
