I need to remember that the day after belly dancing class I'm stiff and sore! I'm moving just a tad slower this morning - the instructor worked us hard last night, lol!
Crazy weather! High is in the low 30s today, so everything is slushy and mushy. Yuck! We've got a Winter Storm Warning posted for Wednesday night into late Thursday night, complete with snow, ice, and thunderstorms, lmao! Gotta love it!
I have to say that my youngest son Taylor is getting damn good on his guitar. Love to listen to him practice, which he will do for hours at a time! He is getting some rather interesting sounds out of that electric guitar of his, doing lots of experimenting! He even gets out the acoustic once in awhile. He has an ear for picking up songs and techniques, without benefit of instruction. Would love for him to have lessons again, but his grades need to improve bigtime!! Mom is trying to get tough, but it truly hurts me more than it does him, I think! Rock on, Taylor babe!!
My friend Stacey and her hubby must be enjoying themselves 'cause I haven't heard a thing from them, lmao!! Nothing like being snowed in, lol! Welcome home, Jason!
My Dad is doing pretty well. Not recovering quite as quickly as with the first surgery 7 years ago, but that is to be expected! Mom is holding her own, lol! Both of them can't wait until he is working again!
