So, lots of people put lots of photos up for other people to rate, and a bunch of them even go into the top photos stuff making them even more prominent for other people to look at. So how are you going to get pissed and run off rating people badly out of spite and leaving prickish comments just because they didn't like all your photos? If you didn't want them rated or can't take a bad rating or two, your photos don't need to be up there.
There'd be no point in ratings if everyone just gave you the max rating, and you'd never really know what anyone actually thought about your pictures. That's like handing out the best picture Oscar to every single movie made over the year from big blockbusters to direct-to-video hack work. It's a rating, some people will like your picture more than others, it happens, it's not a call for revenge.
Here's where it gets really fun, though. I go through rating some of the top photos, stop at a couple people and rate their other photos that are right there for me to look at. Most of their photos get ratings from 8 on up, which on a scale from 1-10 is pretty damned good as far as I'm concerned. I thought the girl looked good and most of her pictures were pretty nice. Her reaction? Well not all of the ratings were outstanding so she decides to rate everything I have as a 1, leave me a nasty comment and block me.
Really? Are you that emotionally fragile that you can't accept that some of your photos will be better than others? I could think you were the most beautiful girl in the world and you could be wearing sexy outfits in every photo you post and I'm still not going to rate every picture a 10 (or, oh boy, an 11). It's just not going to happen, and if this type of ridiculousness is typical of this community, that's pretty sad. I'm going to just try to give people the benefit of the doubt, I rated a lot of pictures for a lot of people and only two have had something crawl up in their asses and die over it so far.
Probably, maybe, hopefully most of the people on here are not so poorly behaved, but for those that are, get over it, get over yourselves, and if you can't take anything less than a 10 rating on your photos, then take them off the site and go play with yourselves while you look at your own pictures if you like them that much because no one else is going to be in love with you as you are.
