I've read a lot of blogs on how to do this, but I think they make it sound too hard.  I've tried nearly a dozen times to get this, and there's one main trick to mastering the cherry inferno:

 ONLY BOMB FOLDERS THAT HAVE BEEN RECENTLY BOMBED.

This way, they'll have the "Bomb This Folder" link already in place.  If you try to just do your friends & family, and they haven't been bombed recently, you'll have to refresh AFTER your 30 second delay is complete.  This wastes precious seconds.  There are a few ways to accomplish this:  Go to hottest --> members, and choose either the left or the right column.  This way, you'd have a numbered list to go off so you know how many folders you've bombed.  You might want a paper/pencil to tally those top members who might have private profiles or have blocked you.  Alternately, make up a bookmark list of all your friends and family, run a bomb to make sure they're all bombed, and then run a second to do this achievement.  I would have done this if I'd thought of it :P  Obviously, this costs more.

Also, you'll need some kind of timer... a stopwatch, or even just a date setting on your computer to show seconds.  Or a phone timer, etc.  You'll need it to keep track of when it's time to bomb the next folder.

To minimize distraction, you might want to go into your account settings and turn off skins, shoutbox, private messages, pokes, etc.  Further, you may want to switch to fsb layout with header in "normal" mode (found on first account page about halfway through the right column, after you've chosen fsb).  This gets rid of the scroll bar, shoutbox, blasts, feed, etc and makes it FAR more easy to concentrate on the task at hand.

1. Once you have your list: Depending on your browser, right click and hit "open link in new tab" so that you keep the list open in one tab and your page on the other.  Rate if you like (the hottest members are usually running boomys or something so it can be beneficial) and click into their pics.  

2.  Open a new tab and pull up your bling so you can activate it.  Make sure you still have the first bomb folder open, and activate your bomb.

3.  As quickly as possible, refresh (F5 on most browsers) and click the bomb link.  Make note of the seconds on your clock/timer.

4.  Open the next page from your list.  It can be helpful, especially when using the top members list, to have 2 pages up at a time.  This way, if you mess up your timing you can flip to the other page and click its link and come back to the messed up one and refresh to do next.  When it's exactly 30 seconds after the first folder, click the bomb link.  Close your tab and open the next page, clicking through to the pics.  Repeat until you're done!

Once you have the hang of it, it's really pretty easy as long as you can get an uninterrupted hour.  The key really is to make sure to go for folders that have already been bombed so you have that link without having to wait for time to be up and refresh.
