I'm actually pondering whether there is any point in me even doing this blog, so before you yell at the screen why are you then? its something I've always done when sommit is on my mind.
I have as some of you know already, slashed loads of my pics down, I have also noticed since my last blog about my vip that I wont be renewing it, I admit I got the date it ran out wrong and its actually the 4th April but now the pics are gone I cant to be honest be bothered with re-adding them.
This may not sound like me, but I can honestly say I have never felt so down about anything in a long time, this site has just gone down hill, for me the thrill of finding pics to upload has just gone ( so why do I stay? because of the few friends I do have and value and love as if they were my real family) that aside there is no other thrill for me on here.
When I first came to Fubar or when it was Cherry Tap there was excitement to get on here, viewing pictures catching up it was fun! now there is very little to laugh about, as Sharon has already said, the ez rate pics are just bloody stupid! whats the point in uploading pics the size of a postage stamp? you cant see em, so you may as well upload any old crap cause no-one cares a jot what you have on, and when they are rated, no one can be bothered (cept for a very small handful and those people know who they are :-) to leave a decent comment, whats with this "folder rated" or "mm" or "xx" or similar! again that isnt a comment that says "I suppose I better leave sommit so she knows I been here and she will rate me back"! if I offend anyone then i guess I touched a nerve, if your not offended then your a true friend cause you will understand that this isnt aimed at you.
People are spending big bucks on here still! people left right and centre are losing their jobs, on benefits and are running up huge debts, they are adults so its their choice, but what has happened to people? they've lost what friendship means, no one looks at your status's now, because no one cares, no-one looks at your pics because they are more bothered about points, and the cherry bomb that hasnt helped! I may as well upload any old rubbish as they dont need to see the whole folder ... all very sad.
The latest incident that has really rattled me was a couple of friends leave me various pic comments and then they asked if i had any blings, one of these friends then went on to say that they had found me some cool pics, I said that I didnt have any blings because I was saving for a holiday and then they blocked me! but what a bloody cheek! whats wrong with ppl why has friendship on here gone from being friends to having to buy to have friends?
I must stress that although my time on here if you have noticed has been reduced a great deal,
I AM NOT LEAVING THE SITE!!!! I WANT TO STAY TO TALK TO THE FEW FRIENDS THAT ARE HERE THAT I WOULD MISS, I KNOW OF SOME OF MY FRIENDS THAT ARE HAVING A TOUGH TIME AT THE MOMENT, BUT BECAUSE WE ALL CARE ABOUT EACH OTHER WE ALL KNOW WHY WE ARENT ALWAYS ON HERE AND THATS WHAT MAKES FRIENDSHIPS SPECIAL! ... THEY ALL KNOW WHO THEY ARE AND ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ME :-)
I ALSO WANT TO STRESS TO SCOTT (SCOOTER) AND JEFF (WIZARD) FROM RATING REVOLUTION THAT I WISH TO STAY IN THEIR FAMILY, THEY KNOW WHAT FAMILY IS ALL ABOUT AND UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR REAL LIFE AND ONLINE. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY SUPPORTIVE TO ME, AND I WILL ALWAYS FIND TIME FOR THE DOD AND LEVELLING.
I know which I find more important and thats friendship but it seems that so many on here dont value that and at the end of the day I would chose friendship anytime.
