Friends are a mirrors of ourselves.
There's an association, a common bond a spark.
We gather people who are like us to ourselves or those who have things we desire to have ourselves.
The shy person draws near the charismatic to learn the secrets or live vicariously through their friends.
We can also gather people who are like us so much in ways we do not like, parts we deny in ourselves. Someone you can stand next to and point out that compared to them you're not flawed. If you're around me for this reason please move on.
