It's weird how friends come to be in our lives..God seems to send them when we need them the most!
Since I was 7 I had a Wonderful Best Friend whom is still in my heart is like a sister to me, but through, I don't know, age, distance, us not being fond of each others Husbands, we have lost contact.. I still have her number and address. It's just that we have nothing in common anymore!
And then a few years ago while playing an online game.. a stranger crossed my path. In talking and slowly spending more of our time together online I got to know his girlfriend (Ex now). Her and I just seemed to have TONS in common... almost to the point of being each others mirror image. We've through the years have stayed in touch through emails, phone, snail mail. We've offered each other help in one form or another.
Last night her and I were talking on the phone and she almost had me in tears! Not bad tears, Good tears! She told me something (which I wont reveal) That just made me so Honored to call her my Friend! She also called me her Best Friend! To You Jamie I say Thank You!!
As she knows and others who have read my blogs about Drunk Drivers, My life at the moment is in a tail spin! Somedays I dont know if I'm coming or going. And yet she is there for me if I need her... She even offered to send me money knowing I'm in a bind ATM and she herself can afford it no more than I! Of course I turned her down. And to you Jamie, I once again Thank You!
