Proto-blues. People that didn't set out to be pros. They just ... meandered into it. Because they had the blues. They didn't seek it, it found them.
Anyway-
The first up is a "real color" (army colors) Zeta C1. I don't dig the blue-grey primer.
So I wanted to do a OD and khaki. The more I think about it though, I do kinda want to splash in some ... crazy.
A comrade of mine painted certain areas of his project black and others grey and is going to top coat those whole areas another color. Its gonna be some "extreme shading" and may actually have distinct shades of the top coat that way.
I was thinking I could apply the same principles with kind of a subtle camo effect.
I don't want that 5 color spatter organic camo thing, I was just thinking shades of green varying in different patterns.
I'm curious if it'll turn out at all.
So... sand paint, prime...
