 love and tears @
      

today as i cried a tear fell
and as i walked along a path
i crossed a creek of life
into that creek my tear fell

as it mixed with the waters
it flowed away pure and sweet
and mingled with the rest
no more to be alone

tears have a way of cleansing
more then the soul and the heart
it'll never let us be far away
it'll never let us be apart

though the tears might fall
we are strong for you
and gather around you now
look around it's your friends

fears are a way out if we must
but they won't settle the soul
we only have to ask of the "one"
He'll truelly satisfy our heart

tears fell from heaven this morning
soaking this world we call life
stunned as we stood there
asking why Oh Lord why !!!

In A Garden @

in a garden there
grows a rose
that has blossomed
from a seed
a seed that some said
was no good
a seed that bloosomed anyway

as the petals grew
they turned color
first they were of white
for purity
then they turned to a yellow
yellow for friendship

in years to come
they would again turn
only this time
to a crimson red
like a bleeding heart
she was and her heart
she poured out

so next time you see a rose
or even if you see a seed
don't ever think that
that seed doesn't need help

under all the beauty
it's just like us
trying to reach out
and trying to touch all

this rose has a name
but i won't mutter hers
she knows we care
in all her beauty
there is no shame

as i hold the petals
i'll often wonder
would she of cared
if i hadn't of metal'd(sp)

a friend was she
even when things
in her life were grey
she'd still make you smile
no matter...whatever she'd say

so stay for a while
and listen to us
we're friends dear one
friends cross the miles

stay for a while we ask
for we need your smile
we're here for you strong
no matter how long

reach out and take my hand
let me comfort you
it wasn't long ago
that you stole
my heart

A New Star @

i could sit here and cry
a thousand tears or more
for a dear friend is gone
never more to be here

she made us laugh at silly things
even if we didn't want to
this was her gift to us
her happiness she would bring

now there's a void in our world
what shall we do without you
look to the heavens and count the stars
look there's a new one tonight

your light shines bright
as it ever did here on earth
you took with you
a piece of our heart

so forever i'll see you
somewhere way out there
in the blue nights above
always remembering
when you were here

the world's a little colder
and a little darker too
but with your star shining bright
i'll watch for your light

go home and rest now dear friend
no more to think of us here
someday we'll meet again i'm sure
you'll be standing there waiting
when heaven opens her pearly gate
and it's my time to go home

APRIL 21, 2009 AT APPROXIAMETLY 4:30 P.M. BETH/Glitter
passed away from cancer...this is (?) about the sixth
person i've known on here or in real life to pass from
cancer in the past two years or so...terrible void again !!!
Beth we will all miss you...you were a pleasure to know !!!
May you rest in the arms of the "Almighty" forever at peace !!!
never good-bye...always later...until we meet again...love ya !!!
