now i have said that heres the deal to lose weight u first have to boost ur matabolism and i mean quick easiest way to do that is eat more well more times small mealz im talking 5 to six times a day no red meat as red meat is slow going through ur gut and tends to stick as fat buildup a small trick would be to eat peanuts for 1st snack of the day and i mean a cup to a cup and a half for several reasons first peanuts are tastey and second the oil and acid burns fat im talking if done right an additional 5 lbs a week
i said no steak but chicken and fish are best as they have little fat in them and lots of protien
a little trick would be to eat bannanas they are good and if u add peanut butter u have good food with some love and well its fat burning and the potassuim content will help keep u from cramping which is good becuase next blog is exercises that cuase max pain and max well every thing good u hear about the cises lol
ok what i recomend for breakfast is 3 egg white sandwitches on whole wheat bread for first snack bananas with peanuts for lunch baked chicken sandwittches or lunch any fruit u like for second snack and for dinner chicken or fish with a snack of idk lets see sugar free pudding of some kind its soo good i promise jello did a damn fine job
