Talking about rain with the current Hurricane Ike still making known it’s presence. Can you believe people argue or water? No I mean it take for example these two old codgers from Florida arguing over how much water plants require led to one of them being hauled away without bond… here is the story:
HUDSON, FL (AP) -- Authorities say a Hudson man fired a gun and chased his neighbor with a machete after an argument over watering plants. The Pasco County Sheriff's Office says 62-year-old Peter Petraglia argued twice with his neighbor over the plants on Tuesday. After the second argument, Petraglia went into his house and came out carrying a .38-caliber pistol and a machete.
Authorities say Petraglia threatened to shoot his neighbor if he didn't stop arguing with him. He then fired a shot into the ground and followed the neighbor back to his house, where he hit the front door with the machete. Petraglia was arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and discharging a firearm in public. He was being held without bail set on the attempted murder charge. My gosh what ever happened to playing canasta or shuffleboard? Let’s stay in Florida for this next couple’s argument over…oh hell if I know but she found out police do not like people trying to run their asses over.
SANDERSON, FL -- A woman trying to flee Baker County Sheriff's deputies accidentally ran over herself Sunday afternoon. Police say she first tried to hit a deputy and then lost control and hit a lawn mower.
Deputies were called to the home on Mallie Davis Road around 2 p.m., because of a fight between a husband and wife.
When officers arrested the husband, they had planned on taking the wife, 63-year-old Mary Davis, into custody as well.
She had different plans.
Deputies say that she jumped into her mini-van and left the drivers door open, when she tried to back out of her driveway she hit a parked lawn mower.
But, that was after deputies say she tried to strike one of them with her car.
The deputy reacted and jumped out of the way.
After the collision, Davis fell out and the mini-van spun out of control.
As the van made a circle, Davis was run over.
She was flown to Shands with critical injuries.
Ironically, the mini-van went in circles until it hit the deputy's patrol car that she had tried to run over earlier.
When Davis recovers, the BCSO says that charges will be filed…ya think? My gosh Mallie how about baking some cookies darling and leave the driving to Avis… holey smokes what got into their Ginseng? I think the elderly down in the sunshine state have issues!
Well other then me fighting the elements from Mother Nature and trying to run a garage sale while doing said task all is well in Michigan…I think! Oh I did move a Lawn mower, A softball soft tosser (Batting thingy) and various VHS movies yeah me! Some of Amanda’s clothes and two Beanies. I need to put the rest of the Beanies on E-Bay apparently that is what I have heard over and over and over again. I will get a list of those items together for the E-Bay experience which I am clueless on how to do but will forge forward to try that. All totaled I think I sold 350.00 worth of junk…holey smokes one does not realize what they rat-pack over the years…until they do one of these…
