Ingredients:
* 3 medium peaches (peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped)
* 3 ounces pineapple juice (about 1/3 cup)
* 1/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
* Ice
1 cup club soda
Method
Combine the peaches, the pineapple juice and the lemonade concentrate in the jar of a blender. Puree until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Fill 4 tall glasses with ice. Divide peach mixture among the glasses. Top each glass with 1/4 cup club soda. Stir gently to blend. Serve immediately.
Notes: Wonderful thirst quencher on a hot day.
