London's a great town, being a northerner that's a big compliment for the city. Though recently there has been a lot of negative press about crime. Knife crime in particular has been at the forefront of the city's main paper's. It's appalling however I've not yet suffered.
I'm a righteous guy, compassion is something I show too much. I saved a woman from probable rape, it was just a human reaction, which the police said was stupid because of the injury I suffered. But why? Why was this stupid? How can saving a woman from a humiliation which will live with her forever be stupid? I was hit on the head with something sharp, I did not lose conscious just a bit of blood. However the police had a difference of opinion, "You could have been stabbed?" "They might have killed you?" "Your a lucky chappy"
One of my cousins - "You could have got hurt, you should not intervene in these sort of things"
What? My trust of my fellow human dwindles, how can you watch a woman being attacked by 2 young men and not intervene.
What would you guys do? Walk on, or act? It's easy to say you would, but when the situation really came about would you?
