Good morning, All!
It's 4am, ugh, and I woke up about 45 minutes ago aching all over. My Advil was calling in a loud voice. LOL Joey and I walked around Super K last night for about an hour. I'm learning that's a bad thing to do. But what's a girl to do when she can't shop? Geez! :-P Seriously though...as I try to do a little more each day, I'm finding that it's the little things like making my bed or emptying a waste basket that add up to more pain. It's extremely frustrating and not a little scary. I'm a Virgo, which means I'm a neat freak at heart. And just being in my bedroom/living area makes my skin crawl. It's not dirty, just extremely cluttered, and I can't keep up with it.
This really hit home the other night when I was making dinner. Something simple like that should not cause pain, but I had to lay down curled up in a ball for an hour afterwords. I'm still going to the Chiro three times a week, and when I walk out of his office, I feel like I can take on the world. So I'll try to do a string of little things and they add up fast! Don't get me wrong. My family and Joey try to help out as much as they can. But my parents aren't well, Andrew isn't home all day, and Joey can only come over a few nights a week. It doesn't help that some days I can do a few things with little pain, and other days if I do the same things, I can hardly move after. I guess they don't understand it because they aren't living it.
Ok, enough of the pity party. It doesn't solve anything, but it feels good to vent.

P.S.~No, I haven't shoveled any snow lately! Andrew has been taking care of that. We haven't had any snow in the last couple of days, but the rain has been so heavy that our backyard has been under water, and the sump pump that protects my room has been having a hard time keeping up with all the water. I won't tell you what my mom and I were doing outside in the rain, but it involved a shovel and a lot of mud. Sorry Sis, but it had to be done or I would be swimming in my room right now. Wow, this is a long P.S.! LOL I'm going back to bed. Night all! :-D
