Walking down the street I see a woman that is a child,
She smiles at me so confident, so unashamed,
She turns the corner her shoulders droop,
Her head hangs low, her arms are crossed.
Afraid.
Scared.
Lonely.
Her silent tears which no one see,
A world of sadness shown to me,
The outside woman the inner child
A fake facade to please her peers.
