Hi there i live in ephrata and i have a 2 bed room apartment i am looking for 250 a month and that included your own bedroom,shared bathroom,livingroom,kitchen. Electric is included with rent and hot water. theres air conditioning and heat. rent will never go up unless alot of heat is used during the winter in your room or living room. but it wont be much more. please check out my profile and if interested let me know if you or anyone you know is interested.
