Well I have this issue. I got promoted to a manager recently and my mom is higher than me. There is this shovanistic marine that works with us at a pizza parlor... Me and my mom work our asses off for that place to bring in the sales and to keep the place from going under. Nobody has a problem with me or my mom. But everyone has a problem with that asshole. He is the only one that my mom loathes completely. He does nothing but bitch, and whine about everything. So... we came to the conclusion that he needs to go. So we told the owners and they were going to fire him... today.
Dont the owners have a sit down with him to find out what his problem was... and dont do shit about it. They just told him that whatever me or my mom says is what goes... But yet he still works there. It has come down to it that if he doesn't go, then not only are the owners gonna loose me, but they will loose my mom, 5 drivers and 2 inside people... and this is over an asshole that doesn't respect woman, and think that rank matters at a f*cking pizza shop. Its a pizza place, not days of our lives... I dont understand why there is so much drama at that place.
So my question is, if you were the owners, would you fire this guy, or would you keep him around even if everyone hates to work with him, and you would loose the people that keep the place going?
