So I was sleeping with this guy who has a heart defect until his doctor gave him some bad news, He at that point pushed me out of his life, I have since found out that he got himself fired from work, and started drinking heavily, this is been weighing on my mind as several of his ex coworkers came to me to ask that I help him.
