how long have i been standing here and yet you have still failed to see me. why is it that the moon shows light, yet only dark has engulfed my surroundings. can there be but a light of hope and happiness that seeks to shine out of me. perhaps a light shining for you to follow. i never shall ask for help from you unless its to help me love you. i shall never ask you to cry for me unless it is to stay. nor will i bleed for you unless to give you life. have mercy on the blind way to a womans heart, for its a long road. i know that you look down upon me as if nothing but a regret, so walk over me if that you will. i know you will and also this is can see too, i still stand. to watch not only you walk away but knowing you will turn around. that is when i will smile and disappear for all the life you know.
