* 2 cups strawberries, hulled, coarsely chopped
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 2 tsp. lemon juice
* 4 sponge cake shells
* 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Set aside 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to dissolve sugar. Fill sponge cake shells with fruit. Top with a dollop of yogurt.
