I spent the day working taking patients from the step down ICU that weren't ready to be on our floor due to a drunk driver hitting a passenger vehicle that held 9....some didn't make it! The youngest survivor was 15...that I know of...don't know all the details! Just know they called the trauma team in and shifted patients in ICU...to make room! Broke my heart! Why no DD? I always have a DD when I go out! Come on people!
