2. Rate, Fan, Add, and Comment each person on the List. If you are already friends with someone, check to make sure you have re-rated him/her and leave a comment... Something like "Becoming a Dragon Slayer 2."
3. Private message Cengin when you have completed rating all the Slayers. HE will make you a thank you tag... And add you to the list...
4. When new people join the party... You must rate/fan/add them back... Don't just accept the friend request...
