Are you a 8oz, 10oz, or 12oz steak person? Mayhaps you're the type that likes huge baked potatoes filled to the brim with butter, sour cream, chives, bacon, and cheese?

The question here is this - "Are you the type that eats a LOT in one sitting.... Or do we spread out our meals over the span of the day, eating little meals and snacks?"
