| So your dad is dying from cancer and needs your assistance to care for him... he has 4 living children and 2 step children. One of the step kids is his power of attorney with regard to his financial and health care. You know he has money/assets that will go to the stepchild and 1 of his blood children.. (you have no idea why he has cut you and 2 of the other blood children out of his will) but he wants you, his blood child, to take care of him. Should you do the right thing and give up your time and life to do so or should you hire an attorney to get what is rightfully yours and NOT help him? |
