mum expired. [EVERYONE]

I Have a 8 y/o German Rottweiller and he's the best dog I've ever had. I know he won't be around a whole lot longer, so I've decided to get another German rottie to ease the pain when he dies. The question I face is, do I get another male and chance the two dogs fighting, or get a female? I need some fubarian wisdom,venom,sick jokes,ridicule and utter useless comments on this serious matter.This mum will be spelled checked by Amber. Hays no comments about me and that cow.
