Back in the day (we're talking oh,maybe 1987 or so to the real early 90's) I used to DJ. I had 2 Technique 1200's and if I remember correctly a GLI mixing board. And ton's of records (in milk crates that weighed a TON). But being the putz that I am, I sold it all so I could buy a girl I liked a ring. I know...SCHMUCK!
So I have the urge to mix again. I've noticed that Tractor Scratch,Serato, PCDJ, Pioneer SVJ, etc seem to be popular.
I ask you, mighty mummers do you have any experience with the above software?And if so, what do you recommend? And what would I need in conjunction with the software , i.e. , a mixer or control surface? |
