green thumb:it's a bugged trophy/achievement just keep farming regeants till you get this.
get out of jail:save when you get in jail,then if you mess up unlock picking the door just reload that save file,and retry,premise picks do not work for unlocking the door.You do not have to actually escape jail to get this one.

get out of jail:same way i mentioned in kingdom of amalur,but to make this one count you actually have to escape the jail make sure you have another file save cause the guards won't leave you alone after you escape jail.
