I am an assistant at a hotel. I have an employee that is a big baby and gets a huge attitude quickly. My boss (general manager) is tired of it but she refuses to give any reprimand for it. He yells at me and is very rude but she does nothing about it. And has always accepted his excuses. She said she is tired of him but refuses to fire or write him up. She wants him to quit. BUT why should others have to deal with him because she is to scared to do anything? So my question is should i go over her and write him up when the occurances happen with him. Or just keep putting up with the crap because she's scared?
PS- I dont get paid enough to put up with this crap!!!! |
