yesterday I started my diet. Did really good,,and I have even started exercising. Usually I do go loosing weight just by dieting..but feel like I need to start getting more in shape. We just rode 4 miles..wasn't to bad..but hard on the butt. LOL. I was very tired..after being up at 5 for work..then after work..had to go back in for a 2hour meeting. Then when I got home,,just wanted to collapse..but got up and pushed myself. This morning, I been doing good also. Went out..and rode 3miles with my youngest..then came home and weeded the garden.
I just hope I can stick with this.
