Just found out from the nutritionist that my triglycerides were 588 and my cholesterol was 280 ... way to high for both areas.
Starting tomorrow morning I am on the same diet that my husband has been on for a month and he is detoxing and losing weight like crazy.
2 berry smoothies with protein powder, organic plain yogurt and flax seed and scrambled eggs for dinner.
with nuts for a snack along with carrot sticks.
I have to start exercising now too ... I hate to exercise.
It has done wonders for my husband and now I am going to try it and see what happens when I have my blood drawn again in 6 weeks.
